ANDREW RIPPS
Chairman & CEO


Andrew Is a successful start-up entrepreneur with a corporate pedigree and track record building, launching and scaling profitable and innovative businesses for MDVIP, Cybear, HealthMatics and GlaxoSmithKline. As a seasoned executive leader, he understands the balance of designing operating infrastructure, branding for physicians and consumers, the physician targeting and recruitment roadmap, physician office staff training, workflow and implementation plans. One of his most notable accomplishments was the 2005 Inc. magazine 30th fastest-growing company with three-year sales growth of 1,814%.

YOSHI BARREIRINHAS
CFO


Yoshi is a multi-faceted and innovative senior strategist who enjoys building business relationships that streamline processes and have a directly impact on the financial bottom line. He has been a contributor of multi-billion dollars of new healthcare services and facility initiatives as a senior leader of areas such as business development, strategic planning, operations, physician relationships and recruitment, hospital and practice management, and financial management. His contributions have resulted in a well-diversified level of personal expertise applicable to fast changing organizations.

Brian Is a successful global executive, with more than 25 years driving the development, growth and success of data and software companies in both North America and Europe. In addition to his experience as a technology leader, he has been a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Operations Officer for high growth companies in the SaaS Software space. His former clients include an impressive roster of Fortune 1,000 organizations including GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Bristol-Meyers Squibb and other global entities who have leveraged complex data as key value drivers for their organization and customers.

JAKE SPRUIT
Executive Vice President, Finance


Jake Is a healthcare financial executive with more than thirty years of experience. Mr. Spruit has provided financial leadership in urban and rural settings, in independent hospitals and multi-state healthcare systems, and in long-term and end-of-life care. He has directed the financial turnaround of a multi-site healthcare system in rural Michigan to maintain valuable services to small communities. Mr. Spruit has led combination and merger activities in Michigan, Georgia & Florida. He has concentrated in healthcare finance after beginning his career as a certified public accountant in a national firm.

KATHI GARRETT
Executive Vice President, Practice Transformation


Kathi Is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years‘ experience. Ms. Garrett has been involved in several sectors of healthcare including hospital, physician and ancillary services management for both payers and providers. For the past 10 years, Kathi has been a senior leader in areas of financial payment models for commercial and government payers, network development, credentialing and quality and holds the designation of Certified Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Bendcare, Kathi was the Director of Managed Care for a large group of Ob/Gyn physicians and was successful in assisting the providers with obtaining their NCAQ certification for specialty medical home. Kathi is also a licensed practicing nurse and holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration.

MICHAEL CHAVEZ
VP, Physician Development

Mike has founded and co-founded multiple companies, most of which have been within the healthcare sector, including a medical practice consulting company.

Mike’s leadership, sales and training expertise have been instrumental in the growth and development of multiple corporations across diverse industries. Mike’s true passion is working with people and lives by one of his favorite quotes: “I’ve never met a stranger”. He blends his knowledge and experience with a passion for health, physical fitness and business.

ELIOT APPEL
VP, Group Health & Compliance


Is a successful healthcare executive with nearly 30 years of experience in a wide range of areas including physician practice management, finance and business development. Interventional Pain Management, Otolaryngology and Emergency Medicine. He has also developed Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Imaging Centers and Pathology Labs. His broad range of experience implementing practice management systems in large groups has resulted in significant revenue enhancement and improved practice efficiency. Mr. Appel is a graduate of the University of Florida Fischer School of Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.

PATRICK STEWART
VP, Product Innovation

Patrick is the Vice President of Product and Technology at Bendcare, leading the future design and development of our product and technical innovation. He is a proven technical visionary with 15 years of product, software development, architecture and infrastructure experience in large scale global industries and numerous profitable startups.

He has an established past of providing a balanced view of critical business needs vs. technical implementation, enabling companies to drive profitability, further growth opportunities, and increase returns on investment.

CHRIS BRUNETTE
‍VP, Columbus Services

Chris has been working with healthcare professionals and the pharmaceutical industry for his entire career. His accomplishments include streamlining and transforming more than a 100 providers into a centralized and standardized best practice framework, including EHR migration. His experience spans both large and small community practices, and he has a passion for driving value through big data.

His aptitude in technology and relationship building has allowed him to become the key relationship manager for Bendcare’s Columbus division.

LAURA HART
VP, Patient Services

Laura is a former VP of Sales for a global nutrition company. Laura is known for building, growing, and managing a successful brands and national sales teams. She is a creative strategic and operations executive who facilitated relationships with national companies including Whole Foods Market, Earth Fare, and Vitamin Shoppe. She is currently responsible for operations and growth of multiple Bendcare business units including White Glove Rx, Savvypath, and Bendfusion (specialty pharmacy, prior authorization, and infusion services, respectively).

RYAN DEAUVILLE
‍VP, Oasis Health

Ryan is the former President for a leading global nutrition company, with more than a dozen years working and managing in the natural products industry. His experience includes developing and maintaining partnerships with national and international leaders in nutrition, including Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, Vitamin Shoppe and GNC. He has managed sales teams, overseen operations and worked with top industry suppliers and manufacturers, all while living his passion—helping others live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Jack is a seasoned results-oriented medical management professional who possesses excellent organizational skills. He is a subject matter expert in practice management, high-level managed care contracting, and healthcare analytics and credentialing.

His demonstrated ability to negotiate payor contracts in a way that increases efficiency and company profit drives great value to clinicians daily. His experience also includes business development, hospital, physician and ancillary contracting.
